Some Work in Progress pics of the commission I'm working on now. The last picture is a little on the warm side due to bad lighting. Lots of warm greys. The splashes of orange and blue reflective light will break up the monotony of all the grey in the finished product nicely.

Papa's Ride

Wanted to experiment with ink washes to get vibrant colors for this bike. Learned a lot. Love the color saturation but it was hard to control when I needed to be light. Very unforgiving. I tried to be very loose but as usual, once again, tightened up. Some day I'll get there.

I took this picture several years ago of my neighbor Paula's Harley. I could see from my window it sitting out in front of her house and her beautiful flowers around it. I loved the contrast between the hard steal and soft flowers. The masculine vs feminine. Hopefully I will have some more Harley endeavors in my horizon. Hint Hint.
