Belle

Photobucket
"Belle" won an Honorable Mention in the 2010 ANAC competition 13 June! http://www.nebraskaartclubs.com/
Finished! Not a lot of difference from the last post though.  I'm thinking I don't want to title it just with her name. Boring! Her AKC name is Princess Honey Belle. Or I could go with BFF more girly than man's best friend.  She's an English Labrador, that's boring. Any suggestions? My next project I already started yesterday for my sister-in-law/. Check it out next post!

Oh this is beautiful! And since I LOVE the name "Belle," I can't think of any other more suiting--I think it's perfect. Your work is gorgeous!

She is absolutely beautiful, oh how I love labs! I feel her sweetness and so I would call it, "Sweet Belle." Thanks for sharing your talent.

Theresa, this is so beautiful. It is truly beyond me how you are able to use pencils, charcoal, etc. to achieve these beautiful works of art. You are truly a wonderful artist.

Thanks all! She's a great dog. Although she's a yellow lab she's white in color. Her personality is so sweet. She thinks everyone and animal loves her which gets her in trouble. She's been bit 3 times by other dogs. Nothing serious. I feel bad because we've trained her to be so docile she's never protected herself and bit back. She also rarely barks! We had to train her to hit a bell with her nose hanging from the door to let us know she wants out. Not how she got her name though. It only took me one day to train her to do it, so smart too.
